Mr. Horvitz is a Shareholder at Odin, Feldman & Pittleman PC, based in Reston, Virginia. His practice focuses on tax law and corporate, tax, and finance. He advises businesses in negotiating asset acquisitions and dispositions, financing transactions, both equity and debt, and structuring executive compensation. In the tax controversy area, he represents taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service and state authorities in examination and collection efforts in income, sales and use, and estate and gift tax matters.
