John C. Eustice, Esq., is a Member at Miller & Chevalier’s Washington, D.C. office. He has litigated a civil actions, with an emphasis on fiduciary disputes, non-profit corporation counseling and litigation, partnership controversies, whistleblower claims, and employment discrimination matters. He practice includes data privacy and data security issues, including issues relating to cloud computing services and cross-border transfers of electronic data. Mr. Eustice advises domestic and foreign clients on data privacy compliance and information technology contracts. He also has extensive experience in complex discovery, including all aspects of electronic and cross-border discovery. He holds a Juris Doctorate from University of Pennsylvania Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from Duke University.
