Vivien Wang is an International Tax Partner with Deloitte Tax LLP, where she is National Tax Leader of the Chinese Services Group.

Vivien Wang has over 15 years of public accounting and international tax experience, providing tax consulting, compliance and tax accounting assurance services to high-tech and venture capital clients.  Her experience includes structuring and globally managing both U.S. inbound and outbound investments, planning and implementing of the worldwide restructurings, IPO structuring, mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, and IP migrations for medium and large sized multinationals.

As the National Tax Leader of Deloitte’s US Chinese Services Group, Vivien specializing in China strategy planning for US companies.  Vivien travels frequently to Asia and is fluent in Mandarin, and Cantonese.

Vivien gained her BA in Finance and Accounting from University of Utah and Master in Taxation from San Jose State University.  She is also a frequent speaker in CalCPA, the Council for International Tax Education (CITE), Pacific Tax Institute, etc.
