Francesca Gaudino is a partner of Baker &
McKenzie Italy within the IT-C Practice Group, specializing in data protection
and security, with special focus on profiles linked to cutting edge
technologies. She deals with online multifunctional platforms, cloud, forward
thinking tools in Web 3.0 environment, m-payment, CRM/CEM, behavioural
advertising, compliance programs, and e-tools for HR monitoring. Francesca participates
in various European Commission applied research projects based on the
