Germán Campos Kennett

Germán Campos is a partner at PwC Chile with 30 years of experience. His principal areas of expertise lie in M&A tax analysis and modelling of tax variables into economic models, specifically corporate income tax, withholding tax, and VAT. He advises on inbound tax structures for foreign investors and outbound taxes to Chilean companies, as well as exit strategies for income and other indirect taxes. Also German has experience in cross border reorganisation (mergers, demergers, capital cntributions, et) involving Chilean entities and their foreign shareholders.

His knowledge extends to an analysis of tax accounting issues, Fin 48 analysis of risks, NIC 12, and tax ramifications to Chilean corporate reorganization.

Germán Campos is a professor at Universidad de Chile, Universidad de Los Andes. He is a member of Instituto de Derecho Tributario and International Fiscal Association.
