Greg Lubkin is a director in PricewaterhouseCoopers' Washington National Tax Services practice, working primarily with the International Tax Services (ITS) group. His main role at PwC involves analysis and communications with respect to cutting-edge developments in cross-border taxation. He consults widely within the firm and with clients on a broad range of international tax matters arising in complex transactions, tax planning, legislative proposals, and controversies with the IRS – all areas in which he has had substantial experience.

Before joining PwC, Dr. Lubkin was a university professor and practiced tax and international law at law firms in Washington, D.C. He has been a frequent contributor to the Bloomberg BNA Tax Management International Journal, as well as other leading tax publications. Dr. Lubkin is a member of the District of Columbia Bar and Section of Taxation of the American and District of Columbia Bar Associations. He holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a Ph.D. from U.C. Berkeley.
