Mr. Hansen has experience with both ERISA and non-ERISA retirement plans, Flexible Spending Arrangements, Health Savings Accounts, and Health Reimbursement Arrangements. He also guides employers through the IRS’s Employee Plans Compliance Resolution Systems. He is currently the President Elect for the Salt Lake Chapter of the Western Pension and Benefits Council. He holds a Juris Doctor from the Creighton University School of Law.
