Kevin Hassan is a Managing Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in Stamford, Connecticut. Mr. Hassan works with employee benefits accounting, specializing in accounting for executive compensation including stock-based compensation, short-term and long-term cash incentive compensation, and deferred compensation. He has published articles in the Journal of Corporate Accounting and Finance and co-authored the chapter Using Equity to Compensate Executives: Part II - Accounting on the Bloomberg Law Benefits and Executive Compensation Practice Center. Mr. Hassan has 36 years of experience and is a member of the GHRS HR Accounting Advisory Unit where he answers questions regarding the application of accounting principles surrounding share-based payments and other employee benefits. He contributed to the Monograph on Share-Based Payment and PWC training courses on Share-Based Payment.
Mr. Hassan holds a Bachelor of Science from Manhattan College and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of Connecticut.
