TOM ANDRIOLA, VICE PRESIDENT AND CHIEF INFORMATION OFFICER, UNIVERSITY OF CALIFORNIA, OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT

Tom has over twenty years’ of executive experience driving change and innovation in business - helping organizations to define and implement their IT vision and strategy. In 2013, he joined the University of California as Vice-President – Information Technology Services and Systemwide Chief Information Officer and is currently responsible for the IT function, helping guide the systemwide technology initiatives, and leading the University’s strategy to support and enable the transformation of lives through technology. 


PHIL SEARLE, FOUNDER AND CEO, CHAZEY PARTNERS

Phil is the CEO of Chazey Partners, which he founded 10 years ago.  Phil has more than 25 years of experience in Finance, Business, Shared Services and Technology Enablement. Prior to his current role, he was CFO of Cendant TDS International, which encompassed all areas of Finance across four continents.
 
Prior to Cendant, Phil was Corporate Controller at 3Com Corporation. He led far reaching organizational, technology, service delivery and business process improvement initiatives resulting in the global roll-out of ERP solutions and Shared Services encompassing Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Logistics and Customer Support.
 
Phil is a Chartered Accountant and has a BA Honors Degree in Economics from the University of Exeter. He is a member of Financial Executives International (FEI).
