Jacques Malherbe is a corporate and tax practitioner. He teaches these subjects and practices as a lawyer at Simont Braun, a law firm based in Brussels. He is the author and co-author of many publications including leading textbooks on International and European taxation and Belgian corporation tax. He lectures and frequently gives speeches on international topics. He is also active in litigation and arbitration. Mr. Malherbe is a Professor emeritus at the University of Louvain and a visiting Professor in various universities. He is a doctor honoris causa of San Marcos University in Lima (Perú) and a corresponding member of the Spanish Academy of Legislation and Jurisprudence.
