The E-Discovery Practice Center is a comprehensive solution for attorneys and their support teams who require authoritative information and guidance on obtaining, handling, and deploying electronically stored evidence. Key features include an expansive collection of federal and state e-discovery court opinions and dockets; Bloomberg BNA’s Digital Discovery and e-Evidence Law Report; dedicated Bloomberg BNA Portfolio coverage; model documents, forms, and legal analysis for each phase of the e-discovery process; and state-specific coverage.

A new OCC Enforcement Analytics page provides a visual breakdown of enforcement trends, using data compiled in the new OCC Enforcement Tracker.

The new OCC Enforcement Tracker covers all of the approximately 200 enforcement actions brought by the U.S. Department of Treasury's Office of the Comptroller of the Currency from 2015 to date. This tool also organizes the enforcement actions by respondent type, penalty amount, and 18 substantive topics.

The new OCC Enforcement Analytics page sorts that information into charts and graphs that, for example, identify the top issues resulting in OCC enforcement activity, the number of actions involving individuals versus institutions, and which issues or respondent types have resulted in the largest monetary penalties. OCC Enforcement Analytics provides a more complete picture of OCC enforcement trends, which helps users provide their clients with better predictive analysis of the OCC’s approach to the enforcement of federal banking laws and regulations.

The new State Legislation & Regulations Tracker on the Banking & Finance Practice Center identifies state-level legislation and regulations that have taken effect in 2017 that are covered by our Banking Chart Builders.

Bloomberg Law is introducing the ability for users to set a search window as their homepage or a favorite. By clicking one of these buttons, users will be able to quickly access frequently used search forms either upon logon or by clicking a link from My Favorites on the home page. At the same time, Bloomberg Law is deprecating the Advanced Searches link from the All Legal Content form. This functionality is replaced by the home and favorite functionality. It also simplifies the form by removing navigation that some users found confusing.
