Kathryn Morrison Sneade Esq.


Counsel with Miller Chevalier, Kathryn Morrison Sneade practices in a broad range of federal income tax issues, with a focus on tax controversy and litigation in the areas of insurance tax, tax accounting, and international tax, including transfer pricing. She has experience guiding taxpayers through the IRS examination process and resolving federal income tax controversies in a variety of settings, including through Fast Track Settlement and Post-Appeals Mediation proceedings, and has also represented clients before the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) National Office in obtaining favorable private letter rulings and method of accounting changes. In addition, she is a contributing author to The Transfer Pricing Answer Book 2012 and a co-author of the BNA Tax Management Portfolio No. 891-2nd, "Transfer Pricing: Audits, Appeals, and Penalties."
