Labor Leads 'Momentous' SCOTUS Term

The U.S. Supreme Court returns from its summer hiatus on Oct. 2, and, according to Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, it’s going to be a doozy. The justices will kick off this “momentous” term with a major showdown between businesses and their workers and the increasing use of arbitration agreements in employment contracts.
