In Practice: Corporate Governance

In Practice: Corporate Governance is a new suite of documents that provide practical guidance to corporate and other attorneys dealing with corporate governance issues. The suite is accessible both from the Corporate / M&A Practice Center and from the Transactional Law tab in the top orange bar on Bloomberg Law. The documents are task- based and organized by corporate activity, for example, Stockholder Meeting and Voting issues, and provide helpful links to primary law materials and other source documents. We expect that additional suites of “In Practice” guidance documents will be added to Bloomberg Law in the coming months.
