Michael N. Meller, formerly a Partner with Anderson, Kill & Olick, has been in the patent field for over 35 years with wide experience in both U.S. and foreign patent law. He has held various committee chairmanships in the ABA (IPL Section), the AIPLA, and the NYIPLA; has served on the boards of AIPLA and NYIPLA as well as the Council of the ABA-IPL Section. He also served as President of the International Intellectual Property Society. Mr. Meller was the founder and former Managing Edtior of the AIPLA Quarterly Journal and is a member of the advisory board of Bloomberg BNA's World Intellectual Property Report.

Mr. Meller has lectured widely in the U.S., Asia, and Europe in various Continuing Legal Education forums and has published numerous articles on patent law and practice. He also served as an Adjunct Professor of International Patent Law at John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois, and Fordham Law Schoo in New York City. He has served as an expert witness on foreign patent law in U.S. courts and as a consultant to major U.S. corporate patent
departments in the conduct of their foreign patent procurement and litigation activities.

He earned his B.Ch.E. from Pratt Institute and his J.D. from the George Washington University.
