The full text of 14 international trade agreements between the United States and Australia, Bahrain, CAFTA-DR (Central America), Chile, Colombia, Israel, Jordan, South Korea, Morocco, NAFTA, Oman, Panama, Peru, and Singapore are now available on Bloomberg Law. Included are the full text of the agreement, annexes, side letters, and other documents. They can be accessed by entering the name of the country/group and free trade agreement into the global search bar at the top of Bloomberg Law.

New Practical Guidance on Capital Equipment Leasing has been added to the Finance suite on Bloomberg Law: Corporate Transactions. The Corporate Practice Center now includes a new state corporate law chart builder
Qualifying To Do Business in Other States – under Practice Tools on the Home
Page. The new chart builder covers the requirements corporations must meet when
