Partisan Politics Comes to High Court

U.S. Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg predicted that the high court’s upcoming term would be “momentous.”

One of the first cases the court will tackle certain fits that bill. In Gill v. Whitford, the Supreme Court will continue its 30-year quest to find a way to measure “partisan gerrymandering.”
