Pascal Faes is a Senior Tax Counsel at the law firm Antaxius Advocaten.
Pascal has extensive experience in all areas of tax law, with particular emphasis on tax transactional and structuring work and international tax planning.
Pascal is a member of the International Fiscal Association and the Tax Section of the American Bar Association. He has spoken and published on selected topics of tax law.
Mr. Faes represents Belgium as a permanent member of the Bloomberg BNA Tax Management International Forum and is the contributor to the Forum’s EU Perspective notes. He is the author of Bloomberg BNA Tax Management Portfolio, Business Operations in the EU – Taxation (now in its second edition) and the forthcoming new edition of Bloomberg BNA Tax Management Portfolio, Business Operations in Belgium. He has contributed the EU Chapter to Bloomberg BNA’s VAT Monitor. Other publications include Abuse of Law in Tax Matters (in Dutch) and numerous articles in Belgian and international tax law reviews.
