Pawel Swirski


Pawel Swirski heads Baker & McKenzie’s corporate and commercial practice in Warsaw, and is responsible for developing the Firm’s local insurance practice. He frequently speaks on company law developments for various conferences and seminars, including those organized by the Polish Directors’ Institute.
     Mr. Swirski has likewise authored numerous Firm-sponsored publications, including A WTO Guide for Global Business and the Post-Acquisition Integration Handbook. In addition to his practice, he served as deputy president of the Commercial Law Centre Foundation and has been engaged in pro bono work for Fundacja Urszuli Jaworskiej – Morrow Donors.
     Mr. Swirski focuses his practice on company law, commercial contracts and insurance law matters. Throughout his career, Mr. Swirski has advised on the incorporation, merger and dissolution of over 1,000 companies.
