Mr. Hopkins is a Tax Manager at Cover & Rossiter, P.A., based in Wilmington. Prior to joining Cover & Rossiter, he practiced public accounting for over 20 years, mostly in New York City, serving on both the Interstate Taxation Committee and the International Taxation Committee of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. He has authored taxation articles for The CPA Journal and served as an instructor for Foundation for Accounting Education seminars. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Delaware Society of Certified Public Accountants and New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. He has been licensed as a CPA in New York since 1991, and also holds a permit to practice in Delaware.
