Mr. Peters is a Partner at Farella Braun and Martel LLP in San Francisco. His practice focuses on business transactions and he advises clients on a wide range of domestic and international business transactions and has deep experience in the insurance, energy, construction, financial services, software, technology, hospitality, newspaper and gaming industries. He is currently serving as the California liaison to the Corporate Laws Committee of the American Bar Association and is a former co-chair of the Corporations Committee of the Business Law Section of the California State Bar Association. He is the author of The California Corporation: Legal Aspects of Organization and Operation, 31-3rd C.P.S. (BNA). He holds a Juris Doctor from the University of California Berkeley School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Classics from Tufts University. He is a member of the California state bar.
