Pierre-Sébastien joined CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre in 1984. He was the managing partner of the firm's New York office from 1994 to 1997. He was a member of the management board of the firm from 2000 to 2004 and served as chairman of the management board from 2004 to 2012. He was also chairman of the CMS executive committee from 2003 to 2008 and a member of the executive committee from 2008 to 2012. Since July 2012, he is chairman of the supervisory board of CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre.
     Pierre-Sébastien has specialised in international taxation for 30 years. He has built the CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre international taxation department, today comprising more than 40 lawyers. He regularly advises international groups and firms with a particular focus on issues relating to M&A transactions, corporate reorganisations and the structuring of investment funds.
     Pierre-Sébastien is a member of the Institute for Tax Advisors (IACF), the International Fiscal Association (IFA), the International Bar Association (IBA) and the French Association for Corporate Legal Advisors (ACE). He is also a member of the advisory council of the Institut de l'entreprise and the commission for French economic growth, chaired by Jaques Attali.
     He is a director of the French branch of ICC. He also regularly participates in the European Tax Conference.
