Poul Erik Lytken is a specialist consultant at the Danish Ministry of Taxation. His areas of expertise within the Danish Ministry of Taxation are tax regulation regarding debt claims and receivables, financial contracts, interests, real estates, estates as well the rules on tax successions, gift and inheritance taxes and the EU Commissions proposal for a financial transaction tax ("FTT").
     In addition, Poul is external examiner at the University of Copenhagen, Faculty of Law, and a staff writer with the Karnov Group focusing on the publication "Dobbeltbeskatning" commenting on tax treaties concluded between Denmark and treaty jurisdictions and also writes articles to a number of Danish and international publications on a regular basis.
     Prior to his current roles, Poul was an Associate at Bech-Bruun Tax where he worked with Danish and international direct and indirect tax issues, primarily in relation to international groups and holding structures.
