3. You will then be taken to your personalized classroom. On the left hand side you will see a grey tool bar. Please click on “my classroom”.
4. There you will be able to click “play” for the courses that you have signed up for.

Mr. Jonathan Hyman serves as outside labor and employment counsel for businesses including the drafting of employment policies and agreements, auditing human resources practices, advising on day-to-day employment issues such as employee discipline and terminations, monitoring labor relations and implementing union avoidance strategies, conducting workplace investigations, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. Mr. Hyman represents businesses in employment and labor disputes with successes which include defeating of certification of a wage-and-hour class action, obtaining summary judgment for national corporations in discrimination and retaliation lawsuits, obtaining a jury verdict in a theft of trade secrets case, and decertifying a labor union. He is the author of the Ohio Employer’s Law Blog (www.ohioemployerlawblog.com), recognized by the ABA Journal as one of the top 100 legal blogs for the last six years, and a 2015 inductee into the ABA’s Blawg Hall of Fame. He is the author of two books — The Employer Bill of Rights: A Manager’s Guide to Workplace Law (Apress 2012) and Think Before You Click: Strategies for Managing Social Media in the Workplace (Thompson 2011). Mr. Hyman national speaker on myriad labor and employment issues, including social media, workplace technology and privacy, harassment, the ADA, the FMLA, wage and hour law, and the National Labor Relations Act.
Mr. Dean Dolan is of counsel in Baker & McKenzie’s Toronto office. A highly regarded privacy lawyer, Mr. Dolan has served on the executive committee of the Ontario Bar Association's Privacy Law Section, the advisory board of the Conference Board of Canada's Chief Privacy Officer's Council, the Retail Council of Canada's Privacy Committee, and the board of directors of the Canadian Association of Counsel to Employers. He is an author and frequent speaker on privacy, employment and litigation matters. Prior to joining the Firm, he served as Vice-President, Associate General Counsel and Privacy Officer for a large multi-national retailer in Canada. Focusing on information governance and privacy, Mr. Dolan provides strategic advice on the management and retention of information globally. He works with a team of information specialists on Baker & McKenzie's iG360 platform, recently recognized by The Financial Times as a standout innovative solution in the compliance and technology category.
