Candace L. Quinn, Esq., is Of Counsel at Wagner Law Group. Prior to that, she served as a Principal at Mazars USA LLP, New York, NY for its international executive compensation, employee benefits and tax practice. Ms. Quinn has more than 25 years of experience providing international tax, ERISA, executive compensation and employee benefits consulting services. Ms. Quinn also focuses on tax and energy matters for tax equity strategies and financial modeling and provides consultation on tax and energy law for renewable energy power and utility projects. Ms. Quinn tax and ERISA pension practice includes regulatory operational compliance, cross border, executive compensation strategic plan design, as well as advising on the Internal Revenue Code (IRC), the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), and legal, tax, and fiduciary matters concerning qualified and non-qualified retirement plans. Ms. Quinn is admitted to practice before the New York and Massachusetts bar. Ms. Quinn holds an LL.M. in Energy from the Vermont Law School and in Taxation from Boston University School of Law, a Juris Doctor degree from Suffolk University Law School, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Tulane University.
