Russia: Parents of Disabled Children Given New Leave Flexibility

July 16—Parents, whether biological or adoptive, who have disabled children under 18 years old can take their paid annual leave at their own convenience, under provisions of Federal Law No. 242-FZ signed by President Vladimir Putin July 13, the presidential press service announced. The new provision is effective immediately.
