Mr. Patrick Fraioli focuses his practice on intellectual property litigation and counseling, privacy and data security law, representation of entrepreneurs and portfolio companies, financial fraud investigation, prevention and recovery, commercial litigation, and Proposition 65 notice litigation.  The Los Angeles Business Journal has named Mr. Fraioli one of L.A.’s Top 100 Lawyers, and he has been selected for inclusion in Southern California Super Lawyers every year from 2009-2015, as published in Los Angeles magazine.  He has represented many large firms with substantial portfolios of patent, trade secrets, copyrights and/or trademarks, and has also handled complex commercial litigation for members of the Fortune 500.

Mr. Fraioli is admitted to practice in New York, Connecticut, and California.  He earned his J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School and his B.A., cum laude, from Georgetown University.

Stan is also President of the LA Chapter of the Information Systems Security Association and the architect of the Chapter’s It Takes the Village to Secure the Village SM Community Outreach Program. A pioneer in the field of information security, Stan began his career securing teleconferencing at the White House, databases inside Cheyenne Mountain and the communications network controlling our nuclear weapons arsenal.   He serves on the California Cybersecurity Task Force convened jointly by the California Governor’s Office of Emergency Services and the California Department of Technology.
