Jonathan Solish's practice has been devoted to the representation of franchisors for more than 25 years. He is Best Lawyers in America Franchise Lawyer of the Year in Los Angeles for 2011. Mr. Solish is a board certified franchise law expert with very extensive trial and appellate experience in the field of franchising. Mr. Solish has served as editor-in-chief of the Franchise Law Journal. He has attended every ABA Forum on Franchising and IFA Legal Symposium since 1984 and has been a speaker at many of them. Recent successes include a dismissal of an antitrust action brought by franchisees against Sumitomo and dismissal of a case against Hilton challenging its right to sell a franchise system.  He received his B.A. from the University of California-Santa Cruz and his J.D. from the University of California-Los Angeles.

This portfolio The portfolio begins with an overview of the use of the franchise business arrangement.
