Christina Stoneburner is a member of the firm's Labor & Employment Department. She counsels clients on complying with applicable federal and state laws and developing strategies to avoid liability. Christina also provides training to clients on a variety of topics, including sexual and other types of harassment, FMLA leave, compliance with the ADA and state anti-discrimination laws, disciplining/evaluating employees, diversity and workplace violence.   In addition to the preventative counseling and training she provides, Christina represents employers throughout the United States in federal and state courts and administrative tribunals in cases alleging violations of the FMLA, sexual harassment, race, national origin, gender, disability and religious discrimination. She also has experience litigating matters involving restrictive covenants, including non-competition agreements. Her representations have included numerous retail, manufacturing and service companies; hospitals and medical service providers; and commercial lending institutions.  She received her B.B.A. from Ohio University Honors Tutorial College and her J.D. from Tulane University Law School.  She is also a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association.
