Tammy Daub is the former of counsel in the Employment Law Department of Paul Hastings’ Washington, D.C. office. Ms. Daub has significant experience in the Executive Orders, laws and regulations applicable to federal contractors and is an assistant chair of the firm’s Federal Contractor Compliance Group. She most recently served as a Senior Attorney in the Office of the Solicitor, United States Department of Labor (DOL). In that role, she provided advice on enforcement, regulatory, and policy matters for various DOL agencies, including the Department’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP). Ms. Daub also managed and conducted litigation on behalf of the DOL on both the trial and appellate levels. Prior to the DOL, Ms. Daub was an attorney with another national law firm where she represented employers in litigation, provided advice on various employment matters, and handled a wide range of other civil matters.
