Tammy Daub is of counsel in the Employment Law Department of Paul Hastings’ Washington, D.C. office and vice-chair of the firm’s nationally recognized Federal Contractor Compliance Practice. Ms. Daub maintains a broad practice representing and advising clients on all aspects of labor and employment law, including systemic and individual discrimination, retaliation and whistleblower, federal contractor compliance, fair pay, and wage and hour issues. Ms. Daub has significant experience in the Executive Orders, laws and regulations applicable to federal contractors and is an assistant chair of the firm’s Federal Contractor Compliance Group. She most recently served as a Senior Attorney in the Office of the Solicitor, United States Department of Labor (DOL). In that role, she provided advice on enforcement, regulatory, and policy matters for various DOL agencies, including the Department’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP). Ms. Daub also managed and conducted litigation on behalf of the DOL on both the trial and appellate levels. Prior to the DOL, Ms. Daub was an attorney with another national law firm where she represented employers in litigation, provided advice on various employment matters, and handled a wide range of other civil matters.
