W. Bradley Tully is a Partner in the Los Angeles office of Hooper Lundy & Bookman PC where his practice involves advising hospitals, physicians, laboratories and other providers with respect to business transactions and regulatory issues. Mr. Tully specializes in the area of Medicare/Medicaid and private payer fraud and abuse, and anti-kickback and physician self-referral issues.

In addition to his general business work, Mr. Tully's expertise includes counseling clients during federal and state investigations and self-audits, conducting/managing fraud investigations and representing providers in governmental, qui tam whistle-blower and private litigation involving regulatory compliance issues.

Mr. Tully received his B.S., cum laude, from the University of California, Irvine and J.D. from the University of California Los Angeles School of Law.

He is the author of the Bloomberg BNA Health Law & Business Portfolio Series No. 1500, Federal Anti-Kickback Law.
