Geoff Weirich is the principal of Weirich Consulting and Mediation, Atlanta, GA. Prior to establishing his mediation practice, Mr. Weirich was a partner in the Employment Law practice of Paul Hastings LLP, where he represented major employers throughout the nation in successfully avoiding and defending a broad range of employment-related claims, particularly in the class/collective action context.
Mr. Weirich received his B.A. and M.S. from Michigan State University and his J.D. from Duke University School of Law.
He is a co-author of the Bloomberg BNA treatise Employment Discrimination Law.
