Teresa A. Williams is In-House Legal Counsel and Director of Legal Services at INTEGRIS Health, Inc. Ms. Williams focuses on healthcare contracting, acquisitions, mergers, joint ventures, managed care contracting, compliance, HIPAA, clinical research, medical staff issues, tax-exempt issues, policies and procedures, and intellectual property. Ms. Williams was formerly a director in the Oklahoma City law firm of Crowe & Dunlevy.
Ms. Williams is currently serving as the Interim Chair and the Vice Chair of Publications of the In-House Counsel Practice Group of the American Health Lawyers Association (AHLA). She currently serves on the AHLA Quality Council and is a past member of the AHLA Nominating Committee. She serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the Oklahoma Health Lawyers Association. She is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association, the Oklahoma Health Lawyers Association, Oklahoma Bar Association Health Law Section, and American Health Information Management Association. She is a past President of the Oklahoma Health Lawyers Association and a past President of the Oklahoma Bar Association Health Law Section.
She served as a member of Oklahoma Bar Association Rules of Professional Conduct Committee, American Bar Association Health Law Forum Committee, HALO (HIPAA Alliance Leading Oklahoma) and co-chair of its HIPAA Standard Tools Work Group.
She earned a B.B.A. from Central State University and her J.D. from and the University of Oklahoma.
Ms. Williams is a co-author of the Bloomberg BNA Health Law & Business Portfolio Series No. 2200, Health Care Joint Ventures: Drafting to Meet Objectives.
