Oct. 21 — In Workflows, Bloomberg BNA brings you the latest in the steady steam of news about law firms and practitioners of labor and employment law.

Dinsmore has added two associates in its labor and employment department; Elizabeth A. Stegeman in Cincinnati and Travers B. Manley in Lexington, Ky.

Lariza Pruneda Hebert has joined management-side labor and employment law firm Fisher Phillips as an associate in San Antonio, and Meredith Weisler has joined the firm as an associate in Charlotte, N.C.

Natalya G. Johnson, a senior associate at FordHarrison in Berkeley Heights, N.J., was sworn in to the Garden State Bar Association’s board of directors. The GSBA’s main purpose is to improve the status of minority attorneys in New Jersey.

Greenberg Traurig has added Angeles Garcia Cassin as an associate in Houston. Cassin focuses her practice on labor and employment matters and commercial litigation.

Ice Miller has added Kayla Ernst as an associate in its labor and employment group in Indianapolis.

Tiaundra M. Gordon has joined Krieg DeVault as an associate in Carmel, Ind. She will be in the firm’s labor and employment and litigation practice groups.

Littler Mendelson, a management-side labor and employment law firm, added four lawyers to its Washington office--special counsel McLean Sieverding and associates Olaoluwaposi “Posi” O. Oshinowo, Meredith Schramm-Strosser and Tony Torain II. Sieverding focuses on privacy and data security issues.

Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart , a management-side labor and employment law firm, has added John Dickman in Chicago as a shareholder. Dickman’s practice focuses on trade secret and non-compete litigation.

Scartelli Olszewski in Scranton, Pa., has hired attorney Michael J. Kenny. He focuses his practice on employment law and workers’ compensation cases as well as personal injury and medical malpractice.

Sarah E. Kowalkowski joins Spilman Thomas & Battle in Charleston, W.Va., as an associate. Her primary area of practice is labor and employment law.

Tully Rinckey has hired Frederick J. Petersen IV and Amelia R. Nicoletti as associates in the labor and employment law group. Petersen will practice in Buffalo, and Nicoletti will work in Albany.

The 17th Judicial Circuit Court in Illinois has selected Stephen E. Balogh, a partner at Williams McCarthy in Rockford, Ill.. to serve as an associate judge. Balogh focused his practice on litigation involving labor and employment, civil rights and commercial law.
