Baker Donelson has added Hannah E. Jarrells in Atlanta as an associate in the labor and employment group. Russell Gray, the managing shareholder of the firm’s Chattanooga, Tenn., office and a member of the labor and employment department, has been elected to a second three-year term on the board of directors.

Labor and employment law firm Constangy, Brooks, Smith and Prophete has added 11 attorneys: partners Barbara Antonucci and Sarah Hamilton in San Francisco; Morgan Cressman as counsel in Atlanta; senior counsel Regina Musolino and associates Amy Asher and Aaron Rutschman in Century City, Calif.; associate Ariel Cook in Jacksonville, Fla.; senior counsel Heather Miller in Kansas City, Mo.; senior counsel Boyd Rogers and associate StephenStecker in New York; and senior counsel Phillip Harris in Tampa, Fla.

Worklaw firm Fisher Phillips has promoted David Dornak and Whit Selert in Las Vegas to partnership.

Brooks R. Amiot has been appointed the managing principal in the Baltimore office of management-side workplace law firm Jackson Lewis. Brian Johnston, who specializes in ERISA and employee benefits law, has joined Jackson Lewis in Overland Park, Kan., as a principal.

President Donald Trump has named Philip A. Miscimarra acting chairman of the National Labor Relations Board. Miscimarra has been on the NLRB since 2013.

Michael J. Eastman has been elevated to managing counsel at worklaw firm NT Lakis in Washington. Lance E. Gibbons has become a partner, and the firm has added Michael P. Bracken and Danny E. Petrella as counsel, Jaime L. Novikoff as a senior associate and Michelle L. Sumner as an associate.

Jenner & Block elevated Sarah Haddy in Chicago to its partnership. She handles ERISA and employee benefit matters.

Victor Chang has joined Jones Day in Washington as a partner in its employee benefits and executive compensation practice.

Munsch Hardt Kopf & Harr has added J. Quitman “Q” Stephens as a shareholder in Dallas. Stephens focuses his practice on ERISA, employee benefits and executive compensation.
