Laura Bader has joined Jones Day in Chicago as a partner in the employee benefits and executive compensation practice.

Labor and employment law firm Lindner & Marsack in Milwaukee has promoted Daniel Finerty to equity partner.

McCandlish Holton Morris in Richmond has welcomed Esther King as counsel and Brian Frame as an associate in the firm’s workers’ compensation and litigation practice groups.

Matthew Linton joined Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart in Denver as counsel. Linton belongs to the firm’s workplace safety and health, employment law, and litigation practice groups.

Preti Flaherty has added Stephan G. Bachelder as counsel in its employment and business law groups in Portland, Maine.
