Dorsey & Whitney has named Minneapolis labor and employment lawyers Rebecca Bernhard and JoLynn Markison partners, effective Jan. 1.
Epstein Becker Green has promoted Jeffrey H. Ruzal and Victoria Sloan Lin to firm membership status, effective Jan. 1. Both Ruzal and Lin belong to the firm’s employment, labor and workforce management practice in New York. Ruzal also leads the firm’s hospitality service team.
Fisher & Phillips, a management-side labor and employment law firm, has added John Singer to its Chicago office as an associate.
Labor and employment law firm FordHarrison has added Brad Hull and Kristina Sick as associates in Atlanta.
Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren has added Katherine R. Kratcha and Christopher K. Schuele as associates in Milwaukee. Kratcha will join the firm’s employee benefits practice, and Schuele will work with the firm’s labor and employment practice.
Seyfarth Shaw has named Christian Rowley the managing partner of the firm’s San Francisco office. Rowley also co-chairs Seyfarth’s labor and employment department in San Francisco.
Sherman & Howard has hired Mercedes Pineda as an associate in its labor and employment practice group in Denver.
Swift, Currie, McGhee & Hiers has added Jeff Stinson as a senior attorney and John Weitnauer as an associate in its workers’ compensation practice in Atlanta.
Andrew Frost has joined von Briesen & Roper in Milwaukee as an attorney. Frost focuses his practice on employment counseling, employment litigation, private sector labor relations and employee benefits.
Williams Mullen has welcomed associates Alexandra Gabriel to its labor and employment practice in Virginia Beach, Va., and Marie Yascko-Rosado to its employee benefits and executive compensation and tax practices in Richmond, Va.
