Labor and employment law firm Littler Mendelson has elected Lindbergh Porter from its San Francisco office as chair. The firm also added three members to its board of directors: Richard Harris in Philadelphia; Allan King in Austin, Texas; and Anthony Rizzotti in Boston. Harris is co-chair of Littler’s litigation practice group, King is co-chair of the firm’s class actions practice group and Rizzotti is co-chair of the health-care industry group.
Littler Mendelson also added Thomas M. Cryan Jr. as a shareholder in Tysons Corner, Va. Cryan’s practice focuses on executive compensation and fringe benefits.
Labor and employment law firm Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart has added five shareholders: Shafeeqa Watkins Giarratani, who will serve as co-managing shareholder of the firm’s office in Austin, Texas; John “JP” Hasman in St. Louis; Jacqueline “Jackie” Damm and Adam Collier in Portland, Ore.; and Lauren Zeldin in Atlanta.
Paul, Plevin, Sullivan & Connaughton , a labor and employment law firm in San Diego, has promoted Joanne Alnajjar Buser and Jeffrey P. Michalowski to partnership.
Phelps Dunbar has elevated three labor and employment lawyers from associate to counsel: Jessica Huffman in Baton Rouge, La.; Erin Malone in Tampa, Fla.; and Day Peake in Mobile, Ala.
