Alston & Bird elected Steven C. Mindy in Washington a partner in its compensation, benefits, and ERISA litigation group.

Balch & Bingham promoted labor and employment attorney Tashwanda Pinchback Dixon in Atlanta to the firm’s partnership.

Blank Rome added Natalie Alameddine in Los Angeles and Andrew Napier in Philadelphia as associates in the labor and employment group. The firm also elevated employment lawyer Caroline Powell Donelan to partner in Los Angeles.

Fennemore Craig appointed Jessica Post in Phoenix the chair of the firm’s employment and labor relations practice group.

Jones Walker in New Orleans elected special counsel Kary B. Wolfe in Birmingham, Ala., to partnership. Wolfe handles employment law and general litigation matters.

Kathleen Furey McDonough is the new chair of the executive committee at Potter Anderson & Corroon in Wilmington, Del. McDonough heads the firm’s labor and employment practice.

Renee Nunley Smith joined Montgomery McCracken in Philadelphia as a counsel in the labor and employment practice group.

Vinson & Elkins promoted labor and employment senior associate Grace Ho in Houston to counsel.

White and Williams elevated Tanya Salgado in Philadelphia to counsel. She practices labor and employment law, education law, and commercial litigation.

Willkie Farr & Gallagher promoted Geri Anne McEvoy in New York to partner in the executive compensation and employee benefits department.
